Waller & Chester was formed in 1932 in Ballarat's Armstrong Street North by David Waller & Llyod Chester. In 1957 they moved their printing department into their current premises in Scott Parade, leaving Armstong Street to run as their stationery shop until 2006. Waller & Chester is now owned by Clark and his Son Alastair Chester.
